In this talk the current status of the Multi Laser Adaptive Optics System (MLGS) at the MMT telescope will be presented, followed by an overview of the plan towards Laser tomography in the least squares sense. The system uses 5 range gated Rayleigh laser beacons together with a wavefront sensor instrument to measure the turbulence profile and applies the correction to a 336 actuators secondary deformable mirror.
