Here is an optimized, parallel fortran implementation of the generalized Lomb-Scargle method for frequency analysis.
vvv_flx2mag.f is an improved version of the CASU code for VVV catalog extraction. This program converts raw CASU fluxes from VVV binary FITS source catalogs into magnitudes, applying all necessary corrections, for all apertures. It also performs a saturation correction using ring apertures for all aperture sizes, with better (local) criteria for saturation. NASA's CFITSIO library has to be linked at compilation.
lsfd.f is a fortran code for the least-squares Fourier decomposition of periodic time-series. It includes frequency refinement and error calculation. The version lsfdf.f works with multiple main frequencies which it reads from file.
vap.cl is an IRAF code for variable aperture photometry, apertures are scaled to the variable FWHM.
